"Nineties" are the third in order and at the same time the most recognizable model in the Nike's history of Air Max. The sneakers debuted in 1990. Responsible for the project was no one else than the brilliant Nike designer - Tinker Hatfield. Over the years, the model was called Air Max III, and only during the first reissue in 2000, it received a new name - Air Max 90. Popular nineties, as the predecessors of the series, were armed with a huge, visible to the naked eye Air Max gas pillow, which provide maximum cushioning in the area of heel. From then on Nike Air Max 90 sneakers began to enjoy great popularity among athletes and collectors by offering rich colours, limited editions and numerous collaborations with artists and boutiques.
