The cushion itself has reached its maximum size, absorbing every centimetre of the foot. Such solutions have made the Nike VaporMax shoes really light! What you should pay attention to is the shape of the cushion. It is about the tabs used in it, because the operation of the new sole is largely based on them. When pressing on the ground, the tabs are pushed inwards, resulting in an increase in the pressure inside the Air Max cushion. However, when taking off the foot from the surface, the air expands, giving the effect of elastic, dynamic reflection. It is worth mentioning that the development of the new "cloud-walking" technology took Nike designers over 7 years!
